Porcelain & stainless steel construction. The rocket roaster is a unique new outdoor cooker. Food is not exposed to the fire but only intense heat from all around and above. with an even exposure to the intense heat that provides even cooking to a golden brown. There is no direct heat from below; the drippings never burn even with this high temperature exposure without adding water. Because the fuel is charcoal, the cooking starts real hot and then slowly cools down as the charcoal burns down. A turkey is ready in two hours but stays moist and hot for hours longer so you can serve it when you're ready.
